Being aware of our mental health is important as we go through a lot in our everyday life. Challenges that affect our lives could have a big impact on every decision and move that is made. The stigma associated with those diagnoses is a mental health problem, and people are experiencing that they are different because of lack of information. Having awareness could help to improve the mental health of every person.



“Show Strength, Seek Help .”

Have the knowledge to be aware of the problem and find the solution on how to cope up win the mental health problems.


Their is a lot of reason why mental health problem occur, It may cause by

  • Feeling Isolation

  • Stress

  • Lack of Sleep

  • Lack of Nutrients

  • History of Abuse and trauma

  • an physiological problems creating a neurochemical imbalance in a person’s brain

  • and theirs a lot more

Having no knowledge and understanding in the mental health problem could cause a major effect in the live of the person, Understanding of its awareness could help in getting the knowledge on how to prevent or avoid.


Steps on how to improve Metal health

  • Sleep on time

  • Eat healthy foods

  • Drink a lot of water

  • Spend time exercising

  • Relax and do the things you love

Be motivated and explore more to learn a lot about the mental health. People are different but in unique way that's why do not be unmotivated to learn more and improve about the mental health to stop the stigma and to help ourselves, family, friends and community.
